how are you

I'm teaching 1st year students at a private university and this is the first time for me to teach them Conversation course.. I feel stuck how
can I make questions for the med-term exam....


The book I'm teaching is about two units talk about Social Communication include ( Introduction and greeting, congratulations, apologies, good and bad manners, expressing sympathy) and the second unit is about Personal Life which include ( Daily life, favorite food, friends, childhood memories, life story, hopes and dreams, learning style) ... That's all

I'm now remembering our American teacher in the 1st &2nd semester in conversation courses

in the week before the exam, he used to give us 3 topics related to the units given
at the exam time, he gives each student 3-4 minutes to talk orally about any topic for 2 min
then he asks some short Qs about the other 2 topics
